移動(dong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)架(jia)(jia)(造橋機(ji))是現澆梁(liang)柱架(jia)(jia)橋工藝的專(zhuan)用工程設(she)備(bei)(bei)之一。該設(she)備(bei)(bei)自帶模(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban),利(li)用承臺(tai)或墩柱作為支(zhi)撐,對(dui)橋梁(liang)進(jin)行現場(chang)澆筑(zhu)的施工機(ji)械。移動(dong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)架(jia)(jia)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)支(zhi)腿機(ji)構、支(zhi)承桁梁(liang)、內外模(mo)(mo)(mo)板(ban)、主(zhu)梁(liang)提升機(ji)構等(deng)組成。可完成有移動(dong)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)到澆筑(zhu)成型(xing)等(deng)一系列(lie)施工。
移動模架分為上承式移動模架和下行式移動模架.
上(shang)承(cheng)式移(yi)(yi)動(dong)模架主要(yao)由主梁(liang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、懸掛(gua)(gua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)機(ji)(ji)構及鎖定機(ji)(ji)構、模板(ban)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、后(hou)走形(xing)機(ji)(ji)構、支承(cheng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、電氣液壓系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及輔(fu)助設施等部分組成。主梁(liang)位(wei)于橋(qiao)(qiao)面上(shang),支承(cheng)點即支腿位(wei)于橋(qiao)(qiao)面或墩頂上(shang),通過(guo)后(hou)走形(xing)機(ji)(ji)構可實現自動(dong)走形(xing)。模板(ban)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及梁(liang)體(ti)荷載通過(guo)懸掛(gua)(gua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)傳遞(di)到(dao)主梁(liang)上(shang),縱移(yi)(yi)過(guo)孔時(shi)通過(guo)橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)開(kai)(kai)啟(qi)懸掛(gua)(gua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)外(wai)模系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)或橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)打開(kai)(kai)底模系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)或旋(xuan)轉張開(kai)(kai)底模系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)以(yi)避開(kai)(kai)橋(qiao)(qiao)墩。
該類模架(jia)的優點(dian)在于:
1. 移動模架占用橋下凈空小,對低矮(ai)橋墩具有很強的適應性;
2. 因支(zhi)承點即(ji)支(zhi)腿位于(yu)橋面或墩(dun)(dun)頂(ding)上,與墩(dun)(dun)周不發生(sheng)關系,對空心橋墩(dun)(dun)可不作處理,水中(zhong)橋墩(dun)(dun)或橋墩(dun)(dun)形狀與尺寸變化(hua)亦無妨(fang)礙;
3. 支承支腿可自行向前倒裝,能(neng)實現自動走形,縱移過跨平穩快捷(jie);
4. 由于(yu)主梁位(wei)于(yu)橋(qiao)面上(shang),模(mo)架可直接(jie)通(tong)過連續梁;
5. 拆除外(wai)模系統(tong)后(hou)模架主體可通過隧道,短距(ju)離轉場較為(wei)方便。
下(xia)行式移動模架(jia)的承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)主(zhu)兩(liang)系統(tong)(tong)位(wei)于橋(qiao)面(mian)下(xia)方,外(wai)(wai)模系統(tong)(tong)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)載兩(liang)側承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)主(zhu)梁(liang)上(shang),主(zhu)梁(liang)系統(tong)(tong)通(tong)過支(zhi)撐(cheng)托架(jia)直接支(zhi)撐(cheng)在(zai)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)臺上(shang),或通(tong)過在(zai)墩身上(shang)預留(liu)安裝孔(kong)安裝支(zhi)撐(cheng)托架(jia)支(zhi)撐(cheng);支(zhi)腿設置(zhi)橫(heng)移位(wei)油缸,便于調整主(zhu)框架(jia)位(wei)置(zhi),以(yi)保(bao)證梁(liang)位(wei)的準確,且(qie)便于曲(qu)線過孔(kong)作業;過孔(kong)時外(wai)(wai)模系統(tong)(tong)橫(heng)向(xiang)開(kai)啟以(yi)避開(kai)橋(qiao)墩;外(wai)(wai)模系統(tong)(tong)隨(sui)主(zhu)梁(liang)系統(tong)(tong)一(yi)起過孔(kong),支(zhi)撐(cheng)托架(jia)可自行向(xiang)前倒裝;占用橋(qiao)下(xia)凈(jing)空稍大;通(tong)過采取相應措施亦對低矮橋(qiao)墩具有(you)較強的適(shi)應性。
下行式移動(dong)模架主要組(zu)成有支撐(cheng)托架、推(tui)進小車、主梁(liang)、前鼻梁(liang)、后鼻梁(liang)、橫梁(liang)、外(wai)模及內模系統組(zu)成。下行式移動(dong)模架不受(shou)河流(liu)、道路(lu)影響,安全穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)高。
